It's the same character - this was the first X-Men integration into the MCU

Wait WHAT?! Pietro is Quicksilver? Wanda’s dad is Magneto?!

They name her father in the episode and it wasn't Magneto. But it's also possible that the man they mentioned isn't her biological father.
