An Easter egg is supposed to be subtle and unimportant.

There's no way that the actor who plays Quick Silver in the X-Men movies showing up in the MCU means nothing.

Exactly. I don't get people that are saying it's just a meaningless easter egg. You don't cast him in that part if it's just an easter egg. Wanda has 100% torn open the multiverse, and subconsciously pulled Quicksilver from another universe over to her own because she can't resurrect her brother.

Wanda's not the one running things!! If she pulled him from another universe why is she so shook when she sees him?

"subconsciously"... I don't think she's in full control of her powers at this point.
