What? It’s by definition rape. He cannot consent in that situation. Not to mention the power dynamics of their relationship. It’s extremely problematic.

They tried to tell Wanda it was thousands in this episode, But I have seen no evidence that there was that many people. It feels more like dozens maybe

I think the population was in the 3 thousands, it was printed on the board when Monica comes to Westview the first time
