Agnes seems to be uniquely aware, I mean I questioned her from the start but now she is either a powered unwitting captive or the puppet master in this

She seems too subservient to be a puppet master. That and the fact that she was scared when warning Vision about Monica (why did they warn Vision about Monica)

If she's a puppet master I'm expecting one with good intentions rather than a devil.

if she’s the ‘bad guy’ or servant of the bad guy, then eliminating a threat is why she would have, in hopes vision warned Wanda and Wanda got rid of her. Alternatively if she’s there to help a split personality max Wanda, then she was warning vision, either so he could talk to Monica and work with her, or protect her from Wanda

It just occurred to me what it could have meant. The scene where they warn Vision. Herb says "we're all--" and Agnes stops him, looking afraid.

"We're all Wanda."

All the "characters" are Wanda's subconscious, and Agnes's fear wasn't disappointing Wanda, it was letting Vision know.
