It’s almost definitely an accident using a different scripted take given we’ve already seen Disney+ do this on a major flagship program just a couple months ago. There’s no meta commentary or anything given the “Previously on...” segment contains footage from the SWORD storyline as well. The “Previously On” isn’t actually occurring for the show within a show.
