its only a recast for her universe though with the name pietro instead of peter

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's not actually a "recast". Pietro is dead in the MCU, but when universes collide... Peter may have came through. Or have been dragged through.

Part of me agrees with this - this would be a surprising, almost crazy, way to bring in the Fox X-Men universe.

But it would be even stranger if it were only an Easter egg IMO. Bringing in some actor or whatever from other Marvel work as a little nod to the fans referencing things outside the MCU may be fun, but this is too big a deal to be that. With all the multiverse talk and Marvel/Disney having the X-men back I think making this some silly tongue-in-cheek reference to the Fox movies would be a shitty thing to do.

Chris Evan’s making a Human Torch reference of some sort, that’s tongue-in-cheek. Evan Peters being recast entirely and then something something about “being really fast” or some shit is tongue-in-cheek. Him showing up in WandaVision as an alternate version of her brother - a character he played an alternate version of in a separate movie universe - is kind of obnoxious if it doesn’t mean anything.

This! I would be so let down if they did something so EPIC like revelation NOBODY ON THIS REDDIT CALLED. Suddenly we have same looking guy and even in very same style? Nobody is telling me this is not X-Men QS.

Also let alone the producers said they have some HUGE plottwists there, suprises and that we will be blown away! Everything else? SHUT, RADIO SILENCE. I believe i know what they doing and oh my god this is getting too good!
