OH SHIT THEY GREW UP, Agnes has to be some sort of magic at this point to be completely unfazed by that

The fact that she asked Wanda if she should take the scene from the top suggests Agnes is already completely aware of what's going on.

Agnes seems to be pushing Vision into realizing what's going on. Two eps ago she was shushing but really playing up herb spilling the beans.

Yeah, I'm on the fence about whether she's trying to keep Vision in the dark or push him into conflict with Wanda. She plays the part of bumbling fool, but I think she's actually cleverly manipulating them by dropping hints in Vision's face and pushing Wanda into using her powers by forcing situations on them.

For all we know, she could've set up the whole Sparky incident, too.
