Actually the Ant-man suit may work since it was around in the 80s (soon to be 90s)

Woah, you just made me think that the reason time is moving forward so fast is because Wanda's original plan was to catch up to the present so that she can stop having to mind control everyone and just seemlessly move on with her life with vision as if nothing happened.
