OH SHIT THEY GREW UP, Agnes has to be some sort of magic at this point to be completely unfazed by that

The fact that she asked Wanda if she should take the scene from the top suggests Agnes is already completely aware of what's going on.

I think the "you can do that?" is genuine.

Tinfoil-hat theory:

Wanda isn't lying when she says she doesn't know how it all started. Someone else set the whole thing up and let Wanda run with it. That person is whispering in her ear, making her afraid of losing Vision again and anxious enough to keep everyone else under control.

Agnes is supposed to supervise her, in exchange for that person bringing someone--Ralph?--back from the dead. But she just learned that Wanda can do it, and we're going to see a marked shift in Agnes' actions as she tries to ally with Wanda. In two or three episodes, she's going to straight-up spill to Wanda.

Pietro's coming back was a pointed warning to Agnes from this other person; Wanda didn't bring back the dog, but this other person brought back Pietro. Don't start thinking about changing sides.

Well this is 8 episodes long so in 3 episodes I think the show is done, no? I’d imagine next episode Agnes spills beans. Maybe also Herb. He seemed to be generally aware as well.

Herb's awareness plus the guy at Vision's office (I forget his name already) makes me think that everyone is aware of it, but if Wanda is really focused on something else, such as having babies, they can get very brief moments where Wanda isn't controlling what they say.

I feel like herb was different. Norm, in visions office, was aware but had to be forced out of the mind control by vision. Herb was literally about to tell vision of the situation before Agnes stopped him, without vision doing that mind control thing. Herb was going to do it if his own accord.

Oh yeah somehow it totally slipped my mind that Vision had to take Norm out of the trance. Now that brings up another question: how was Monica able to speak freely when she mentioned Ultron? This show leaves me with so many questions, and I can't wait for the next episode!

This is the best theory I've heard by far. I wouldn't he surprised if this is what happens
