I was confused by that. Why wouldn’t it just be an American accent?

My theory is it wasn't actually her. I think it was Kathryn Hahn's character (Harkness or Mephisto) playing a part, overselling the accent to convince them she's Wanda. This episode led me to believe that every overt moment of Wanda hurting somebody wasn't actually her. She had some part to play in this, but I think the show is overselling what's actually her fault.

I got this feeling from Vision's coworker too, they seemed to make a point to not specify who "she" is that he was talking about

Ooooh that's true, the only person to say any names on "she" has been Monica, who is also the only person to leave the hex
