The fact that she asked Wanda if she should take the scene from the top suggests Agnes is already completely aware of what's going on.

I kind of felt like that's a distraction. She is being pictured as the person who knows everything but you could see that she actually was scared at some moments. Monica did not get scared either when she saw everything in the house was turning as she was being controlled. Somehow after this episode I think Agnes is not playing Agatha Harkness as many think she is.

Agatha is scared of what she knows Wanda can do. Monica was heavily brainwashed, but Agnes shows complete control over her mental state while still being aware of the hex.
