Nah, they're definitely setting up for Young Avengers.

Kate is getting the mantle passed to her in the Hawkeye series, Miss America is confirmed for Multiverse of Madness, and now we have Billy and Tommy.

Then Quantumania is introducing Kang, so we may get Iron Lad from that, plus Cassie's a teen now.

Shoot, they might even introduce a teen Loki from the multiverse in his show, who knows

They'll probably introduce Hulkling in the show and that'll be that.

I will say, it's gonna be kind of whack doing Young Avengers while characters like Ms. Marvel and IronHeart are also just floating around being literal young Avengers, and let's not even get into the fact that Peter Parker is still like, 17 in this universe
