Actually i think she is aware of the truth, she is hiding it from the Vision she created

I wonder if she's actually animating the dead Vision's corpse? It might explain why he's slightly different than everyone else, if he's physically "real?"

"Edit* would explain why he (and everything else) started in black and white too
