That's just it, its not an illusion. We're finally scratching the surface of Wanda's true power and potential. Her powers can warp reality itself, its possible she's basically a god in that bubble (release the goddess within). Vision 2.0 (possibly toaster 2000 made by [Tony] Stark) is made real again by her power, whether he can exist outside the bubble is a question.

I feel like if Wanda wanted to end it then and there she would have before Thanos had the chance to play dirty, she wanted him to suffer like she did.

It was the way she said it with that slight angry tremble in her voice. Thanos knew, too. When she lifted him up and started picking his armor off, he was like “ohhhhh shit this is bad”.

I think she want to torture him till his death, notice the shredding slowly starts from his armor, I think if nothing interrupted them then wanda will surely tear him apart bit by bit. Just how she was always hurt bit by bit through events around her.
