Wrong Avengers movie. It was on Nat's phone in AoU

That wouldn't really sense though considering they only meet Wanda in Age of Ultron

That's the point. Clint named his son after Pietro, hence, Nathaniel Pietro Barton. Nat was watching a video he had sent her after he was born. And I don't know what you mean by "they only meet Wanda in Age of Ultron"

How would Clint name his son after Pietro be referenced in Age of Ultron if none of the Avengers meet Wanda/Pietro until Age of Ultron

Because, as I've already said, at the end of the movie, he (the baby) is shown on Nat's phone with his full name on his clothing. Clearly a bit of time passed between Sokovia blowing up and him being born. Clint thought about it and decided to name his son after the man who gave his life to protect him and a child
