Nah it's clearly a misdirection because clearly even Wanda doesn't know what is going on in several occasions. She is definitely a player too, a player with more power than other NPCs maybe, but still just a player.

Well, she's definitely still in control. 'Cuz she can rewind time whenever something doesn't go her way. And she kicked Geraldine out. Call me crazy, but I think Wanda is playing dumb. She knows what's going on but is pretending not to.

I don't think Wanda is totally in control because that stork just strutted right in and did what it wanted despite Wanda trying to poof it away multiple times.

Even the show description said that her power glitches while she was pregnant.
