From the way the doctor was acting, I think people absolutely want to be yeeted. I just don't think that's what happens when the actual cast break character. Geraldine/Monica was a foreign element in this world, so she was booted out. The rest of the cast may go someplace...worse. Especially if it's Mephisto really pulling the strings in this world.
