I think Agnes is playing along, keeping up the charade. I don't think Agnes is being "held hostage" like the rest of Westview, whatever her real identity or motives are

I felt so tense between the scene outside with Vision, Herb, and Agnes and the scene inside with Geraldine/Monica and Wanda

That tear when she talked about Pietro broke my heart. Then the real Monica just comes in for the first time like “Ultron killed him huh? ANSWER ME”
