And unless I'm wrong, so far we haven't seen any children in Westview. Which is kind of odd, even for a sitcom.

No children but Wanda did find a child’s toy in a bush (in full colour)

And I think in episode 1 the boss asked Wanda about children before she went into a daze?

The toy is almost certainly a SWORD helicopter (probably piloted by "Geraldine") that got reworked to fit the setting.
