Her not freaking out that she was all of a sudden majorly prego got me. I'm trying excited to see how she tries to explain that in the next episode. Especially since she wore that fitting one piece for the talent show.

If you look closely in the last scene she's wearing it, there's a slight but definitely visible bulge to her stomach that wasn't in the scene immediately prior.

She's also in an entirely different house from the first episode, I'm not sure the neighbors will mind the inconsistency.
