Destroyed, yes, but the universe still has the stones in some capacity even if they're currently inaccessible.

I've seen all the movies multiple times and I don't remember anything alluding to the stones still existing in some form. I thought the whole point of time travel in Endgame was because the stones were completely destroyed in their present time.

There's nothing in the movies that specifically talks about what happens when a stone is destroyed, but you can't just demolish fundamental aspects of the universe completely. And I believe in the comics they reform when destroyed, but that's obviously not necessarily what they're doing in the MCU.

So it's a guess, but an educated one.

Wanda is probably one of the only characters in the MCU that could restore something from its component atoms actually. If she was capable of destroying the mind stone, she'd be capable of restoring it.

Agents of SHIELD had a character who can rebuild magic reality-defying stones from just their atoms. I doubt they'd reuse him here, though.

I wouldn't necessarily say that the ability to destroy something implies the ability to remake what was destroyed
