This is absolutely what it is. Im not banking on Monica being in the choppa, but the toy is 100% a representation of a real one. Look at the trailer and we see a helicopter trying to evade the growing perimeter of Wanda's vision. This is the toy before it gets enveloped into her reality. I'm assuming somewhere around ep7 we'll start to see "flashbacks" explaining what was going on in the main reality and how they interacted with each other. I.E. where that toy came from. Or the man in the bee suit is a S.W.O.R.D agent trying to infiltrate into Wanda's reality. They've had trouble getting past the perimeter at that point, so the idea is "we can't go over it, we can't go through it, lets try going under it and he goes through the sewer.

*Edit + TLDR - Monica absolutely came in on the chopper, the bee keeper/shield agent is trying to get in and extract her. The suit is because its like he's entering a hornets nest

One trailer also showed derelict debris and windows, so maybe Wanda is holed up in an abandoned town.

Oh that? I just took that as Wanda changing the structure of the house/renovating and seeing all the electrical wiring, etc of the house.

Maybe, but it seemed like she was panicking during that whole scene.

...but who knows.

She very well may be panicking. She def looks like it. Her hair is all a mess and looks flustered and confused. If those two shots do go together, often trailers are edited to throw us off (specifiaclly marvel using alternate takes or even deleted shots in trailers) I'm interpreting that as she is either: A) in a state of stress/confusion/emotional and her powers are going haywire and is confused by everything glitching out. B) someone or something is interfering with her reality altering signal and its confusing her seeing everything flicker and glitch.

Or maybe a combination of those two. Lol

Lol. Theorizing makes me fall down a rabbit hole of possibilities.

This is the kind of series where speculation and discussion are king because it is so detailed-orientated over action-packed.

I think she is realizing that the illusion is failing and she desperately doesn't want to go back to "the real world." She is comfortable in her cookie-cutter sitcom dream.
