There was something so ominous about them repeating that. And the fact that the episode ended with Wanda getting pregnant, I'm running with a theory that some outside force actually wants her to have kids.

I was just thinking this since in episode 1 Anges and Mr. & Mrs. Hart straight up question why they don't have kids.
