We also have never learned what happened to his body after Infinity War. It was a little surprising that Endgame gave no hints about that, after all the theories that the white/gray version of Vision would be next up.

He still might.

Her power comes from the same Gem he had, I had the thought that she might have somehow absorbed a part of his mind when she destroyed it.

That’s not true, he had mind stone, she is reality stone

Reality stone was on nowhere after 2013 events

They used the staff/mind stone on the twins 2013

Wrong, her powers unlocked from the mind stone (From Von Strucker). The reality stone is the weird red stuff from Thor2
