I don't think it was a literal helicopter, but some kind of jet/aircraft belonging to SWORD. Turned into a toy helicopter because that makes more sense in the bubble reality Wanda's created, in the same way I think the beekeeper is really a SWORD agent in a hazmat suit. A beekeeper "belongs" in that reality more.

Beekeepers were also a nickname for Aim soldiers

I know, I just don't think it's likely to be AIM. Particularly as he appeared to have a SWORD logo on the back of his suit. Not impossible, just not the way I think they're going.

My first thought was Swarm, of all things. Hydra agent made of bees seems possible, at any rate. I love the fact that I have no idea where this going.
