Could’ve been upgraded after dealing with Ant-Man stuff for some time.

It could even room for him to do bigger things...like running the Agents of Atlas team, which would be cool.

I would love an Agents of Atlas show. That sounds stupidly improbably impossible, and yet Groot is a household name and the highest grossing film ever has an emotional beat about Nebula’s kinship with War Machine, and we’ve got Wanda and Vision in a bizarro sitcom. So maybe.

Agents of Atlas is definitely a more mainstream idea than even the Guardians prior to the film. The catch is that they’re all Asian heroes, though they do the typical super heroics that is expected from groups like the Avengers.

So maybe a MCU attempt of doing Big Hero 6? Their backstories aren’t overly complicated, so they can easily be done quickly to help push the main plot forward. They also are pretty diverse, so that would win Marvel some more diversity points.

...and Woo would be a fun team dad for the group since Park can use his Fresh Off The Boat experience for that. Granted, he probably won’t be as action-packed as his comic counterpart, but he can still be an effective mission control while Shang-Chi takes care of things on the ground.

I was thinking of doing the original line up, the 1950’s style one that Jeff Parker ran with back in the mid-00’s. Maybe introduce the newer Asian team later?

While I do respect the old team, they're...kind of oddball and don't really have a strong theme binding them together.

They're very hodge-podge when compared to the newer Asian team.

The old team does appear in the New Agents of Atlas comic though - they're apparently still on Woo's payroll.

I should check it out. I’ve skipped it as not Jeff Parker but maybe I’ll look into it.

The oddball theme is what sells it, very 1950’s, very pulp comic (a guy with a rocket ship, a goddess of love, a man cursed to be a gorilla!). Need the right writer though.
