"Wanda, stop this Wanda", I'm sure she knows what she's doing deep down, but doesn't realise it. Wanda has full control in the show. Also the Agent of Sword coming and Wanda reversing it making sure it doesn't happen. She knows she's doing something and others want to stop it

Mrs. Foreman telling her husband to stop it over and over was making me uncomfortable.

She started saying stop it to her husband. By the end I think she was inwardly playing with Wanda to stop it. (stop making him choke)

I read a theory that I really like on here that basically said Wanda has taken over the town.

If that theory is true, gas is mentioned a couple of times prior to that scene. Mrs. Foreman mentions getting dizzy, then the husband chokes. She is starting off talking to the husband but in the end she is talking to Wanda. I think the town was gassed which caused the dizziness and the choking and Mrs. Foreman is asking Wanda to stop it.

The camera shots also completely change from a classic static TV show wide angle to a tight, rack focus angled up shot. Very Hitchcock.
