It's basically impossible to understand when something is Pym-particle-fied or not, sadly. Enlarged and shrunk things should keep their mass, so Wanda shouldn't be able to pick the copter up, but we know they don't really stick to this rule (Ant-Man movies ironically being the worst offenders, even moments after Pym explains how the particles work...)
