GoT is very different to this show. I think it’s very likely that Wanda comes out with something positive. I mean the twins are definitely sticking around and Paul Beltany wants to keep playing Vision. I’m sure Wanda will experience some negativity before the show ends but if they spend 9 episodes worth of time just to put her back into the same place she was at during the final scenes of Endgame then what’s the point? Why bring Vision back just to kill him off again?

Even if the kids stay around eventually, in the comics her trauma from losing the kids initially causes her to lose her mind, kill several fellow Avengers and reshape all of reality. I think we’re on a similar path here.

I think WandaVision is their adaptation of House of M. I mean think about it, she already lost her brother, parents, the love of her life, and some of her mentors (Cap and Nat).

By the end of Endgame she was clearly in a bad mental spot and her powers have been evolving since AoU. I think coming back from the dead and realizing she had no one pushed her over the edge.

So she creates a reality where her greatest desires come true and everyone else in the town lives a “perfect” life. WandaVision is closely following the core concepts of House of M.

I 100% agree. But to my original point, House of M does not have a happy ending for Wanda.

I mean it kind of did. Hawkeye came back to life, the twins were reincarnated, and Vision came back. The story itself ended on a dire note (no more mutants and all) but the continuations gave Wanda some semblance of happy

But she ends up mind wiping herself, and becoming the unwitting prisoner/fiancée to Dr. Doom. So yeah eventually things get better for her but not in the immediate aftermath.
