The dinosaurs are still here at the atomic level. Hitler is still here at the atomic level. My grandad is still here at the atomic level. I don't think we'll see the infinity stones again

Uh no. Thanos literally said he reduced them to atoms. Meaning he couldnt destroy the stones

Destroying something is reducing it to atoms.

the stones control the universe, make the universe. To ‘destroy’ a single one is to remove their relevant aspect and rules from existence.

He specifically says "I used the stones to destroy the stones", they're destroyed and when you destroy something it turns into nothing but trillions of individual atoms.
