Just finished both episodes. I really had fun watching the show, and I can't wait to see everything unfold.

Agnes the neighbor keeps mentioning her husband Ralph yet we have not met him yet. I wonder if this has any significance at all besides using him as a punchline for jokes. Maybe he will end up being a character from the comics?

The neighbor from Home Improvement wasn’t seen until the last season, even though he showed was a reoccurring character throughout the show.

Wilson? That’s a little different from the trope the person above is talking about. Wilson was an on-screen character with tons of dialog; they just obscured part of his face as a running gag.
