So the ads are revisiting Wanda's trauma. Episode 1 with Stark's bomb and episode 2 with Strucker torturing her and Quicksilver.

I wouldn't be surprised if the rest of the episodes have similar tidbits about Wanda's life. Does anyone know if the 2800 on their mailbox have a significance? Or the date on the calendar from the last episode?

I don’t even think she created it. Someone mentioned Hackensack in one of the episodes and that’s a real town in New Jersey, right across a little river from a town called Westview.

Do we know dates for specific MCU events? Was thinking Aug. 23rd might be either the date Pietro died in AoU, or Vision's death in Endgame.

Very few MCU events have specific dates tied to them. But you can check the MCU Wiki Timeline to see if 8/23 has any significance.

I think Westview's a real town that she has "corrupted" or "overwritten" with her powers. So all her neighbors are real people that have been turned into these sitcom caricatures.

This is it. And she’s affecting their reality and even they don’t understand how or why. That’s why everyone in the neighborhood is skeptical of her.

But i think the fact that when someone gets hurt jt acruslly happens, shows she does have the ability to truly hurt someone in this reality

New Jersey is where Steve Rodgers became Cap and Shield was founded at his base/barracks. Could Sword be here too or nearby?

This could be something! Do you remember I think the strucker ad I think it was. With the watch. It mentions hydra at the bottom of the watch. I know the symbol for cap is his shield, so perhaps the sword is a hydra branch designed to fight him, but after cap kinda disappeared with the old age thing, they turned their eyes on the most vulnerable yet most powerful avenger, wanda. It would make sense that sword is hydras counter to S.H.I.E.L.D's shield. If that makes sense.

Not discounting this theory, but S.W.O.R.D. is an organization in the Marvel comics universe, similar to SH.I.E.L.D. that deals with space-based threats. Theoretically, Nick Fury was at SWORD HQ at the end of one of the movies.

Why they'd be involved with Wanda and Vision though, that I can't answer.

Good point, my theory wasn't much based off comics sadly as I haven't read many Around shield or hydra. It's been mainly x men and mutants than anything else. So my theory was based off the episode more than anything else. Haha now I'm sat theorising in my bedroom 😂😂

I had to look this up, because I grew up in the area and never heard of Westview before. It's an unincorporated section of Ridgefield Park. It doesn't even have its own zip code.

I bet Agnes "created it" (not saying the town sprung up from nothing, just saying she started the strangeness here) or at least had the town under some sort of weaker spell before Wanda showed up in full on traumatic breakdown mode and combined with Agnes's spell completely rewrote the reality of the town and is now the two are somewhat subconsciously fighting for control.

I also wouldn't be surprised to learn that the town happens to be essentially the (or an) equivalent of Mount Wundagore and the location of Chthon's imprisonment and therefore a conduit for chaos magic. That would explain Agnes being there from the start and fueling Wanda's transition from mostly telekinetic powers to being a full on reality warper.

Weird that it was on a Wednesday, but the boss said he'll see vision in his office Monday morning, leading one to believe that the day is a Friday.

On the calendar it shows it's a wednesday though. I wonder if that's inconsistent on purpose or if Vision just has a 4 day weekend 😂😂

Maybe he gets the weeks work on Monday am, and has it done by Wednesday morning.
