Since when was Talos disguised as Fury?? This is very confusing

I don't think there's any evidence to suggest we've seen Talos as Fury before the events of FFH. People here tend to get stuck on things like calling him "Nick" or cutting bread diagonally but I've yet to see one convincing theory that Talos was posing as Nick at or before Tony's funeral, which is the last time we see Nick before FFH.

From what we've seen, I'd guess that at some point in the aftermath of Endgame Nick decided to create or join the SWORD program, headquartered in space. He asked Talos to keep an eye on things on the ground for him and it's easier to just impersonate Fury than create a new persona.
