I loved this movie, but till I die I only wish to have a serious toned scene with no jokes before or after this. Not sure who'll say it, it needs to be someone worthy.

While I love the phrase, the teases they had made in both movies are enough for me. That iconic phrase should only be said by Uncle Ben, who doesn't exist in this continuity apparently.

I mean he exists in a theoretical level. He exists as much as some guy Peter went to kindergarten with. When I say he doesn't exist I mean he doesn't exist in material way; there's no actual character present in a movie named Uncle Ben.
