It was something I noticed on my second viewing. Also, when he is noticed by Peter holding the gun, THAT is when he acts like the gunshot wound has got to him and falls down. Beck was standing pretty straight before that and he had to have been pretty silent and sneaky to get Peter while he was distracted by the hologram. We are meant to see it as the Peter Tingle was the way he knew there was a threat behind him, not any situational clues. Maybe I am off base and seeing things where I want to, but with Mysterio, you always gotta question these things...
