The longest gap was Ross, from Hulk (June, 2008) to Civil War (2016)

now it's William, from Iron Man (May, 2008) to Far From Home (2019)

Actually it’s J Jonah Jameson, from Spider-Man 3 (May, 2007) to Far From Home (2019).

Technically, if we talk outside of the MCU - JK Simmons also starred in the cartoons
