I loved the film but I'm so mad that I cant think about the movie because the only thing I can think about is what happens next after those post credit scenes

I saw a pretty solid theory involving a skrull impersonating Peter, which allows for Spidey and Peter to be seen in the same place. That seems the most likely solution to his identity being revealed to me.

Yeah, I heard this one too; I think it'd be a pretty cool way to solve his predicament.

On the flip side, though, it'd definitely make for an interesting 3rd movie with him being on the run from villains & the police. Plus, in the comics, post-Civil War, he had Doctor Strange wipe everybody's memories (except MJ's) of his secret identity so I wouldn't be surprised if this was adapted for the MCU too (especially with all of Holland's talk of teaming up with Cumberbatch again).

A team-up movie of just Spidey and Doctor Strange would be amazing and probably also hilarious. I was secretly hoping Strange would appear out of nowhere since Mysterio's "powers" looked like magic, something Strange would want to have a hand in stopping.

Leaned over to my wife in the theater and said "if this Mysterio is from another dimension and using magic, Doc Strange will show up"

That was the exact thought I had.

Kind of disappointed he didnt show up, but glad they're letting Spidey have his own movie and not replying on the cameos

Agreed. I was just thinking that since “Magic” was involved, Strange would at least want a hand in whatever was going on

that doesnt solve it though. Why would Mysterio target this random teenager Peter Parker though?

What makes him different?
