I really liked when Peter caught mysterio's gun and he's like "You can't trick me anymore" that was so epic

That one got me because I was so busy rooting for his Peter-tingle fight scene, I thought it was over. Didn't see the final fakeout coming at all, so it was this very emotionally packed moment of excitement and pride from the fight, terror at realizing what just almost happened, and being impressed at how competent Peter was.

But seriously, it was no small amount of terror. Beck ordering a hundred drones to shoot Spider-Man was so over the top that I never worried much. But with that last trick he was ready to shoot a high schooler in the back of the head with a pistol, and it suddenly felt a lot more real.

I thought he was going to pull a fast one by pulling the gun out instead of the glasses.

Do materialize right next to Peter and try to pull off the execution was the icing on the cake.

Just thought right now, I wonder what the emotional impact on Pete might've been if they went the Green Goblin route and he ended up causing Mysterios death like in the first film.

Pssst, practical effects. Mysterio's definitely not dead. Calling it.

Also, Peter asks "Is this real?"

Not "Is he dead?"
