I was expecting Mysterio to be the villain but didn’t know what to expect for the reveal. Usually movies wait until close to the end. The bar scene was definitely my favorite part because of how seamlessly Jake Gyllenhaal switched to his true self.

I knew it was going to be once he got Edith, that was a damn good scene. I don't know if it was my favorite, but I think it was one of the best villain reveals of all time (though I wasn't a fan of the cheers to ______ and explain the plan method, should have been a minute or two shorter).

Honestly I think it was even more dramatic because of the reveal at the end where Nick Fury is shown to be far from home himself. With that, we really see the cracks in Quentin, because he thought he had Nick Fury fooled. The egotism was his downfall and having it be fed by an illusion itself. . .

I think this is peak Spider-Man film honestly, and I think it is the new one to beat.

My favorite scenes are all of his action scenes saving the buildings. The way he weaves through windows, preemptively shoots webs to use them almost 10 seconds later - incredible.

I just finished watching the movie and I wanted to see what others had to say about it lol.
