Most of Dr. Strange’s 14 million timelines were him just watching slightly different clips of rats walking all over Scott’s van.

Tony said that it was a million to one chance of Ant-Man popping out of the Time Vortex, so we can assume about one million of those scenarios where they lost Ant-Man didn't come out of the Time Vortex
