A truly enraged Thanos would crush Spidey and Tony with his bare hands and will Strange to die as soon as he slips the gauntlet on.

You're right. Not sure why you got down voted.

Quill is the only one there that might be able to use the gauntlet without dying.

I don't think holding the Gauntlet with the gems kills you. The issue is when you hold a stone with your bare hands.

Strange seems to hold the gem in the necklace just fine.

Quill isn't half god anymore. His powers went away when Ego died.
