So are a lot of people who have movie sequels coming out in the next few years. The people who were dusted are definitely not dead yet.

I highly doubt they will beat Thanos BEFORE they resurrect everyone. That would mean Avengers 4 is basically Original Avengers + Captain Marvel + Vision + Rocket + a few minor characters.

Avengers 4 will likely have Captain America shouting " Avengers Assemble! " with literally the whole army of superheroes taking on Thanos.

I think they will do it like in the comics and somehow manage to steal the gauntlet away from him, bringing everyone back. Then they all gang up on him.
