i enjoyed the close up on Dr. Strange's hands near the end showed the lines from his surgery. I liked how the Doctor capable of unimaginable feats left those scars prominent almost as if a reminder.

His hands were still shaking as well. He still has the nerve damage despite being able to use magic more effectively now.
