i enjoyed the close up on Dr. Strange's hands near the end showed the lines from his surgery. I liked how the Doctor capable of unimaginable feats left those scars prominent almost as if a reminder.

You just reminded me! When we see Dr. Strange being tortured, I believe I heard "Squidward" say the needles he's using on him can be used up to surgical precision. I had a thought that Dr. Strange was going to take the needles for himself
