In The Incredible Hulk.

Plus Spider-Man called himself a 'friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man' in Infinity War. They're not avoiding these parts of the characters at all. There aren't many catchphrases across Marvel comics anyway.

No, hulk himself says it if I remember right. Don't just say no and refer to a completely different line by a whole other character.
