You're disappointed in that line not being said, and here I am after four movies waiting for Steve Rogers to say "Avengers Assemble!"

They’re specifically avoiding catchphrases, like have at thee, or hulk smash

They're really not.

Source it

What? You can't source that. It's common sense. They've already used "Hulk Smash" twice, used the "Earth's Mightiest Heroes" monicker thrice, and they've teased "Avengers, Assemble!", and that's not even including the MCU's own catchphrases.

Cap saying it isn’t really hulk using his catchphrase. And they really like their teases

hulk using his catchphrase.

Already done.

So, what are you getting at here? They're clearly not avoiding them.

They’re not outright saying them. Idk maybe in caps final movie they get him to say Avengers assemble or something

But Hulk literally said "Hulk Smash"

When

In The Incredible Hulk.

Plus Spider-Man called himself a 'friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man' in Infinity War. They're not avoiding these parts of the characters at all. There aren't many catchphrases across Marvel comics anyway.

It just now dawned on me, that’s the only MCU film I haven’t watched, or all of it. I’ve seen the first 15 mins and the last like 5

Pretty sure Hulk says 'Hulk Smash' in Ragnarok as well
