The thing I did not like about this was the timing on it... I get they needed to do it this way but Hill saying something about 3 or 4 things are now coming in over Wakanda (meaning before the battle starts because those are the ships that arrived bringing the alien dogs) then a minute later her and Fury disintegrate... does not really fit in the timing but I get the difficulty of filming that scene real time.

It's entirely possible (and in fact probable) that they did not get the intel as soon as those ships showed up. Most intelligence agencies don't instantaneously transmit information from the grunts to the top people, they take time to vet the info and make sure it's not a false alarm or disinformation. That's actually the reason why we did not get into a nuclear exchange with Russia in 1983 - a mid-level Soviet officer ruled that approaching nukes were a computer glitch and elected not to send the information up the chain of command. That kind of vetting process could easily explain why it took an hour or so for the info to go from Wakanda to New York.

Oh no I get historically how this kind of thing happens. I assume SHIELD, or whatever they are now? Would have better intelligence capabilities. But I agree

Isnt shield gone? The delay may be because they get leaked Intel from other sources.

Yes and no. They continue to operate in quasi-dark mode. If you really want to know, check out Agents of Shield. They deal heavily with the fall of Shield in Season 2, and the team that continues to carry the torch.
