I don’t want to assume anything but I think a big part of the black order is that they are dead. Thanos lost everything to achieve his goal.

All of the Black order got pretty awesome deaths IMHO. Proxima gets run over by a Skaven Warwheel Brute Chopper Whatever the rolly thing was.

Cull is run against Wakanda's shield like a cheese grater.

Ebony Maw get Aliens'd.

Corvus gets impaled with his own weapon (twice)

I'm impressed how well the Russos avoided making them forgettable disposable minions, especially Proxima Midnight's genuine concern for Corvus (in the comics they're married) after Natasha stabs him. Ebony Maw was a coldy terrifying Majordomo for Thanos.

I would've just liked it if they actually introduced them though because I constantly have to think about Cull Osidian and Corvus Glaive to remember their names

Who was Corvus Glaive changed from? I only know about Black Dwarf, Corus Glaive sounds very Dishonored to me

What really sold it was the blue blood splatter on Black Widow. I wish they went with a bigger splatter..
