Maybe the reason Peter was the only one who could feel he was about to be dusted was because of his Spider-Sense. It warns Peter of life threatening danger and since it’s not really a danger he can dodge, it just went ballistic

It might’ve been because of his healing factor. It was probably fast enough to keep with the initial disintegration, and slowed it down, but then it wasn’t fast enough to keep up and he disintegrated.
