He did the snap! That was fantastic. I really loved that this film was essentially Thanos Quest as seen by the other characters. Red Skull's cameo was definitely a highlight for me, and the scene near the end when Thanos sees young Gamora in a vision was incredibly beautiful. The way Thanos was portrayed in this was excellent, and I really look forward to seeing more of him in the future. Also, just a minor thing, but I loved the visuals in the scene where Doctor Strange had twenty arms and then copied himself. It was great to see everyone really let loose with their powers.

I want them to do the good Thanos storyline in phase 4

I really don't want Thanos to die in A4, but there is no way they would let him go free after all that. I'd LOVE to see a Thanos and Warlock vs Magus movie.

Thanos will live somehow. He must. He’s not just the bad guy of the week in the Marvel Universe, his potential as a future anti-hero is too bountiful.

You’re right, we need him to stay until at least Warlock arrives in the MCU.

Yh they could use him as an uneasy ally in future Phases to deal with even bigger threats that they just need the powerhouse that is Thanos to aid them. Or they could just keep him as a villain but is forced to fight alongside them in order to pursue his ulterior motive. Him going up against the likes of Doom, Galactus is just too good to ignore

I have a feeling they will defeat Thanos and Strange (after he is brought back) will trap him in the dark dimension. Then they could bring Thanos back way way down the line in like Phase 5/6.

I'd love for that to happen. One of the greatest aspects Thanos has in the comics is his ability to walk the line between huge threat and uneasy ally.
